Frequently Asked Questions

How do you bill?

Northpointe Bills on the first of every month.
If you join midway through a month, we will pro-rate you for the remaining classes in that month.

*You’re free to enroll in as many classes per week as you’d like!


What is your drop policy?

We require all drop notices to be submitted by the 25th of every month before we bill. You can submit the notice through our parent portal. This will automatically enter your drop date and stop auto-pay.


What is your makeup policy?

Northpointe offers unlimited makeups for absences submitted through the parent portal. You can schedule your students makeup through the parent portal as well! Your student does have to be an active student to use the makeup tokens.

 

Why does my student have a different coach some days?

If your kiddo has a different coach, don’t worry! Most of the time another coach is subbing because the current coach may be out sick or on vacation. If you’d like a specific coach, just ask one of our office staff and we’ll see what we can do for you.

 

How does the trial class work?

Here at Northpointe we believe in giving every family an opportunity to try out a class. We understand gymnastics isn’t for everyone, and that not every coach will be the right fit for every student. That’s why we offer a free trial class.

Whether your kiddo is brand new to gymnastics, or is already an experienced gymnast. We want to make sure that we find the right class & the right coach for you!

The system will hold your spot in the class for 5 days counting the trial day. You can stop by the office after class to officially sign up or a staff member will reach out to you a day or two after the trial to answer any questions you may have and receive feedback.
